Job Summary

We are seeking a QC Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Jose, CA, supporting PCB and electronic component inspection in a computer hardware manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented quality professional with hands-on PCB inspection experience, IPC knowledge, and the ability to identify defects in SMT and PTH components.

The QC Inspector will work on the day shift in a structured production and quality environment where accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. Key Responsibilities

- Perform outgoing quality control inspections and PCB visual inspections based on IPC standards.
- Conduct first article sample inspections and QA sampling inspections.
- Inspect electronic components for defects, workmanship issues, solder quality, part markings, and conformance to specifications.
- Identify PCB-level defects and document findings accurately using inspection records and computer tools.
- Measure resistance and capacitance as part of inspection and verification processes.
- Review work instructions, blueprints, and quality documentation to ensure production meets required standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Day shift, full-time temporary schedule.
- Work hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: San Jose, CA 95112.
