We're searching for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant & Customer Care Representative to help manage our daily online business operations.
This isn't your typical customer service job! You'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities, from assisting customers and processing orders to managing online product listings and contributing creative ideas to our social media channels.
Best of all, automotive experience is NOT required! We're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages while providing friendly, professional assistance.
- Order Management: Process daily customer orders, answer order-related questions, and provide shipping and delivery updates.
- E-Commerce Listings: Create and maintain product listings on our website, eBay, and Amazon.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with light packaging, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Social Media: Help bring fresh, creative ideas to our Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Daily Operations: Support the team with administrative tasks and help keep our day-to-day operations organized.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
We're looking for someone who brings reliability, initiative, and excellent customer service skills to work every day.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with computers, email, and online systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Friendly, patient, and professional when assisting customers.
- Willingness to learn new software and online platforms.
- Experience with Amazon, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Automotive parts or accessories knowledge is helpful but not required.
