We are seeking a motivated and organized Inventory Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a bilingual logistics professional who enjoys coordinating shipments, supporting drivers and customers, and keeping daily transportation operations moving efficiently.
The Coordinator will support a growing logistics and transportation team ,
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules to help ensure shipments arrive on time.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery updates, delays, and service details.
- Prepare, process, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, shipment records, delivery confirmations, and PODs.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, including import/export, domestic transportation, and air freight activity.
- Enter and update shipment details, transportation costs, service information, and delivery records in company systems.
- Pay: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Schedule Tues-Sat 9AM-6 PM
