Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Nacogdoches, TX – Onsite
Department: Recruiting
Reports To: Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Availability: Some weekends and occasional evenings may be required

Etech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruiting team in Nacogdoches. In this role, you’ll help build our workforce by identifying, connecting with, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll spend your day communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting records, supporting hiring activities, and representing Etech in the local community.

What You'll DoCandidate Sourcing & Screening
- Review and process applications for assigned recruiting needs in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily telephone prescreens with potential candidates.
- Identify qualified candidates and refer them for additional interviews.
- Match candidates' skills and experience to current hiring needs.
- Use job boards, social media, online recruiting resources, and traditional sourcing methods to identify talent.
Recruiting Coordination & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Document candidate contact attempts, conversations, and recruiting activity.
- Maintain organized recruiting files and required documentation.
- Assist candidates with pre-hire paperwork and required processes.
- Create class lists and new-hire information prior to training start dates.
- Complete required recruiting reports accurately and on time.
Communication & Relationship Building
- Work closely with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator and hiring teams to understand staffing needs.
- Build positive relationships with Team Leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and fellow team members.
- Communicate job opportunities, company information, and hiring requirements to potential applicants.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Community Recruiting & Etech Branding
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities.
- Represent Etech professionally at community and branding events.
- Share Etech job opportunities and local content through social media and your professional network.
- Develop an understanding of the local labor market and help identify effective recruiting strategies.
- Partner with the Etech Social team to identify and leverage additional advertising and sourcing opportunities.
Compliance & Professional Development
- Complete required employment verifications for new hires.
- Follow company recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and call center hiring practices.
- Participate in coaching, performance planning, and goal-setting activities.
- Embrace change and continuously look for ways to improve the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively use recruiting platforms, social media, and technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information appropriately.

Additional Requirements
- This is an onsite position in Nacogdoches, TX.
- Some local travel between assigned centers may be required.
- Some weekend recruiting events and occasional work after 5:00 PM may be required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to stand and interact with candidates during job fairs and community events.
