About the Role: Life Specialist – Naperville, IL
Join Catholic Order of Foresters as a Life Specialist and help our Agents and Advisors succeed. In this role, you’ll be supporting Agents and Advisors with case design, product information, sales tools, and assisting at COF events.

Your experience of Whole Life, Universal Life, and Term Life products will build relationships across our Agent and Advisor network. Some travel is required for meetings and events. It’s a strong starting point for a motivated, curious professional who enjoys working with people and is looking for professional growth in the life insurance and financial services industry.

What It Takes to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You’ll thrive here if you bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive, team-focused mindset. In short, we need someone who can combine precision with people skills, strategy with execution, and passion with performance. You can expect to travel up to 25% and manage a changing schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
One to five years in life insurance, financial services, sales, or customer service (or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include internships and relevant coursework)
Insurance licensing or progress towards industry education/designations (CLU, ChFC, CFP, FIC, etc) a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The expected hiring range will be $45,000 – $60,000 annually + Incentive opportunity (15% - 70% of base salary) and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors.
Workweek: 36.25 hours
