Hiring Now Logistics Customer Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will help ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of logistics transactions while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day customer service and operational support for ocean and air freight accounts.
Process logistics-related transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation is completed correctly.
Communicate with customers, internal departments, overseas offices, and other business partners to coordinate operational activities.
