Leasing Associate Opportunity
West Chester Off Campus Housing has been the leading real estate company in the borough of West
Chester, PA for 36 years. We specialize in student housing, non-student housing, and commercial real
estate. We are seeking a leasing associate that specializes in customer service. The candidate must have
recently graduated or has 1-2 years of experience; however, we will also consider compelling candidates
with more experience.
Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in real estate and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the leadership to manage the leasing process from start to finish; which
include touring units, sending applications, lease documents, move in & out procedures. As a leasing
associate you would be one of the primary contacts for all residents and prospects.
Many other responsibilities will include:
Have knowledge of unit renewals, vacancies, and move outs across multiple entities
Assist property manager in gathering market rents and creating marketing analysis
Conducting strong customer service skills and over the phone professionalism
Use and manage property management software
Run our social media accounts
Comply with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to fair housing
Qualifications:
o 1-3 years of related experience with 1+ years of creative direction in a corporate or profession
setting
o 2+ years of experience in property management
o Customer service experience
o Highly skilled with working independently, given broad based directions from leadership in
order to allow for independent growth and creative opportunities
o Self-directed, proactive, and positive attitude
o Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Proficient experience in the following:
o Canva
o Photoshop
o Instagram
o Facebook
