A Place At Home – Omaha/Papillion is seeking an exceptional, dependable, and professional caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a single individual in the comfort of her own home.

Position Details

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Hours: 35.5 hours per week

Location: Private residence, Omaha area

Assignment: Consistent, one-on-one care for the same individual
Regular Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Professional Expectations
This position requires an individual who maintains professional boundaries, handles feedback constructively, demonstrates emotional maturity, and can be counted on to provide consistent, attentive care without unnecessary personal distractions.
Personal cell phone use must be kept to a minimum while on duty. Caregivers are expected to remain attentive and engaged with the client throughout their shift. Personal texting, scrolling through social media, watching videos, or spending time on personal phone calls while responsible for client care is not acceptable. Necessary work-related communication and urgent personal matters are exceptions.
We are looking for someone who understands that being physically present is not the same as being actively engaged in providing care.
Minimum Requirements

Ability to pass a criminal background screening.

Acceptable driving record.

Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Excellent attendance and dependability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to consistently work the entire posted schedule.

Previous caregiving experience strongly preferred.
