The Observer Media Group is looking for an entry-level, inside sales candidate to maintain and grow our successful classified and service directory advertising. Sales experience not required.
We provide ongoing training to help ensure success and high earning potential. The successful candidate will manage the existing client base, with many of the businesses advertising with us for many years. We also offer a collaborative, team environment with opportunities for advancement.
The Observer Media Group is a highly regarded, family-owned multimedia publisher serving a premier target audience in Sarasota and Manatee County. We are a growing, award-winning, innovative company.
The plan includes base, commission, and bonus opportunities as well as full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients
- Identify prospects and be comfortable selling over the phone
- Provide customer service to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
