We’re seeking a full-time Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for traffic control field operations and support roles. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, hourly hiring environment and enjoys working closely with Operations and HR.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly field positions, including Flaggers, Crew Leads, and Traffic Control Supervisors
- Partner with Operations to understand staffing needs and project timelines
- Post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain talent pipelines for seasonal and high-volume hiring
- Support employee engagement, retention, and referral programs
- Conduct stay and exit interviews and share feedback with leadership
- Support new hires throughout their first 30–90 days
- Maintain accurate ATS/HR records and track recruiting and retention metrics
- Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- High-volume, hourly recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting field-based employees
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred
- Traffic control or construction recruiting experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Multi-location and seasonal hiring experience
