Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a busy manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with order desk experience who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, follow-through, and responsive service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through phone, email, and website orders while coordinating closely with warehouse teams to help ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. This position offers steady Monday-Friday hours, an on-site work environment, and the opportunity to build long-term career stability with a growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and website channels.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure order details are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm product availability, order status, and shipment timing.
- Follow up on open orders to support timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding order updates, questions, and basic service needs.
- Maintain organized customer and order records to support smooth daily operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $42,000 to $45,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
- Work arrangement: 100% on site in Anaheim, CA.
